Abstract

The companies dedicated to the agricultural sector through time have fallen in decay since they lack innovative strategies to improve the competitiveness, due to this the company of company name BISAGROMAT SA with RUC.: 0791741505001, located in Ecuador, Provincial de El Oro, Parroquia El Cambio, dedicated to the sale of agricultural inputs detected the need to have this fundamental tool to achieve success. This paper aims to diagnose the internal analysis of the company BISAGROMAT SA, dedicated to the commercialization of agricultural inputs, based on competitive strategies based on the Internal Factors Evaluation Matrix (MEFI), which is focused on administrative bases that allow analyzing each functional area of the company, identifying and basing each of its strengths and weaknesses, in order to apply corrective measures for its business growth.
