The importance of the Internet that has had in recent times both in everyday life and in the business world, is that companies today seek ways to improve their relationship and be in contact with the customer through digital media. The present research work has a qualitative approach, referring to analysis of similar cases focused on which strategies used in the media, the application of an interview and an observation guide. Through this research, suitable marketing strategies are defined to improve the notoriety in digital media of the company "L'Aroma del Caffé" and achieve a greater number of visits to the media while allowing to position the renewed image of the brand. In addition, the constant good management of social networks through strategies allows to create a good relationship of communication with customers, through publications of dynamic content, promotions, contests makes the participation of followers flow strengthening the image of the company.
