Resumen
The objective of this research is to analyze the competitiveness of travel agencies and online services, through the collection of bibliographic information surveys that allow us to know the problem that lies in travel agencies and the reason why some of they have been closed, what type of marketing can be implemented and what information technologies they use. As research tools, the collection and bibliographic information will be applied as well as the application of surveys to different travel agencies.
