In this research we will identify the strategic processes that take place in the company Palmaplast C. Ltda., Which will allow us to graph them for standardization. How strategic processes are defined tactical objectives for action, which will be achieved on the basis of a planned and coordinated process, from the coordination and control of operations. It is composed of four processes: strategic planning, organization and strategic architecture and strategic control. The general objective for the following work is to: Determine the organizational structure of the company Palmaplast C. Ltda., By identifying its strategic processes for the development of the process map and its standardization. The methodology applied corresponds to the descriptive method, from where the properties and characteristics that are part of the strategic process will be specified and in what way it has become a fundamental part of the organization. Once the processes were identified and selected, a structure was defined and designed to help facilitate the interpretation of the relationships that exist between the different factors of the organization. For Palmaplast C. Ltda., The process-based management, is a means that allows it to reach its objectives, within the strategic processes, the strategic direction is an instrument, that contributes to the design of an operative plan allowing the order and direction towards the business objectives, achieving that the tasks that are executed, are carried out in an interrelated manner and complementary to the business purpose.
