This work focuses on associations of retailers, aims to propose strategies for a good organization detailing the functions of human talent punctually in the association Asorsetrab of the city of Machala to improve job performance. By means of a situational introduction of the association it will be possible to design a training adapted to their real needs, this will help the company to consolidate a correct organizational structure. A documentary research was carried out to lay the theoretical foundations in general and then in a timely manner for the normal development of the work. The methodology applied was qualitative, analyzing relevant aspects for the timely proposal of management strategies to improve the performance of the association. With the proposal of the manual of functions is expected to correct the lack of disorder in the functions that should develop human talent the same that hinders the allocation of resources effectively and finally with training on specific issues for the improvement of work performance the performance of the Asorsetrab association is projected to improve.
