dc.description.abstractThe objective of this research was to describe the key processes of Econdi S.A through the use of control tools to improve the performance of human capital. For which the observation technique was applied, which allowed a clear diagnosis of all the processes while the flow diagrams showed in detail the activities that the workers follow to achieve the objectives. The results of this research helped the company to have a broader vision regarding the description of septic tanks cleaning and sale processes. The company has defined its processes but did not have the respective diagram, for which they were structured with an appropriate symbology, so that they allow the collaborators and managers to visualize in detail the steps to follow for the correct completion of the work. Therefore, the importance of the description of the processes lies in the results that are achieved when the activities and resources that are used are duly specified. When describing the processes, attention is focused on the result that will be obtained from each process, as well as defining the value that these will bring to the client.
