dc.description.abstractQuality management puts the necessary reins (tools or techniques) to guide an organization to reach the cover of the desired success, which involves a series of effective and systematic procedures, companies that apply quality management based on the standard ISO 9001, they manage to be competitive in the market since they enjoy the reduction of costs and times. The ISO 9001 standard focuses mainly on continuous improvement and quality, its attention to processes and results, meaning that these two are positively correlated, which concludes that you cannot talk about the one without naming the other, this Standard for quality management presents 7 fundamental processes. Based on this context, a research on the internal diagnosis of the company "Novedades MIAMI" is carried out. Its main objective is to analyze if the company "Novedades MIAMI" meets the quality standards, by monitoring all the processes based on each one. of the principles of quality management ISO 9001, where it was finally concluded that it does not have the quality management of the ISO 9001 standard, the owner of the establishments every day tries to give a better service to its customers through of the different empirical methods that he knows, which has meant that the company does not manage to advance by leaps and bounds to reach the vision proposed.
