Primary Health Care has had different interpretations over the years. Therefore, changes have been established to provide a better perspective of health care. In Ecuador, Primary Care as a state health policy, strategy for the promotion, prevention, cure and rehabilitation of pathologies with an integral, intersectoral and political approach at the national level. The use of the family file, as a tool implemented in the health sector destined within the statistical framework through the Technical TAPS in Primary Health Care to be in contact with the most needy communities; allows the family doctor to measure the living conditions of each family. The Dispensarization as a tool implemented within the Primary Health Care, is an essential part in the evaluation of families, to carry out a good evaluation and direct monitoring, according to the classification of pre-existing risk criteria in the patient, family and community. This work has been used in a descriptive analytical methodology has allowed to establish a vision from the general to the particular of the dispensarization and its application that the doctor must take into account the health problems present in the community.
