The purpose of this research was to know the procedures that must be followed to be able to carry out the process of added value in the restaurant Las Acacias and thus achieve a better productive performance. The application of administrative processes within the organization will ensure that the activities carried out are efficient and effective and thus have a better order and eliminate any problem that is affecting productivity. The method that was carried out was the deductive and descriptive one in order to have a better facility in the process that is being investigated. Information techniques such as interviewing the restaurant owner, employees and consumers were also used to obtain information about the creation of this value in the restaurant. For the creation of this value, a flow chart was created that will allow us to see the sequence of procedures that must be carried out to carry out the activity. A procedure was also carried out on how the additional service should be executed and have control at the moment of service delivery. Through this research it was possible to verify that the application of added value within a company is very important because it will generate a great competitive advantage and a satisfaction on the part of the clients.
