The psychological profile is constituted depending on the characteristics that are part of the person, it is that description where their individual features and the formation of their psyche, the knowledge of the psychological profile allows to determine which are responsible means in the structuring of their personality. individual. In the present investigation, the biopsychological profile of the sexual offender is characterized by a descriptive bibliographic investigation determining which are the legal consequences that the aforementioned behavior presents. From the similar perspectives of Dr. Cesare Lombroso and the German Ernst Kretschmer, they link their analytical and experimental studies, elaborating a similar description in their theories about psychological traits and biological characteristics to determine the tendency in the individual to be able to present criminal behaviors, thus implementing traits to corroborate the profile of the sex offender. Based on this information, the exhaustive analysis of the physical and psychological traits that are part of the rapist has been developed, the social environment in which it is found and the personological structure that it has had during its development.
