In spite of this, during his hospitalization according to the reports of evolution of the clinical history, they show a gradual improvement, considering that it remained under a strict diet according to his necessities, received nursing care with respect to cure of his Affection member and is administering adequate pharmacological treatment. Reaching the conclusion that through the application of the nursing care process is achieved as a result a satisfactory evolution in terms of stabilization of the disease and delay of progression of the process of diabetic foot infection, as Care plans are developed based on the state of health of each patient to positively influence the treatment, either timely or rehabilitation to avoid the emergence or continuity of complications, ensuring satisfactory maintenance of pathology. It is important to recognize that nursing plays a fundamental role in making the patient aware of the disease and its impact by failing to properly comply with its pharmacological and self-care treatment.
