Abstract

The microenterprise ASOTEXHILAN is dedicated to the manufacture of garments, has difficulties in its operational area, to determine which processes are slowing down its operations, and having as main objective the factors of delay that cause bottlenecks, focused on the management based on the processes, using the application of the philosophy of its analysis methodology, in the planning stage through the proposed objectives, an analysis of the situation of the microenterprise was made, in the stage of doing it, an OTIDA diagram was designed to determine the processes current and future, in the stage of verification of methods of measuring productivity and productivity. Processes their efficiency was increased by 22%, in the Act stage, strategies were defined that define the Processes of each worker. With the new proposals, they avoid unnecessary processes, keeping track of the times and performance of each operator, which aims to make the productivity of the microenterprise more efficient.
