This project focuses basically on the elaboration of a strategic planning for the improvement of the Business processes in the Commercial Company of the Jump and to foment the structural change within the same one. It should be noted that within the organization there is an inadequate strategic plan, strategies were proposed in order to optimize, time and resources. For the research, a cross-sectional methodology was used, a qualitative approach methodology which means a qualitative method by interviewing Ms. Maria Astudillo, proprietary manager and applying surveys to 25 employees and 4 main clients of the aforementioned organization. For the internal and external analysis matrices were made that allowed the easy interpretation of the current situation of the company. Arriving at the SWOT matrix taking into account the internal environment taking the most outstanding strengths, most important weaknesses are hierarchized through capabilities, the external environment the most important opportunities and more threats, is ranked by factors that the Company can not control, ending with the DOFA matrix implementing strategies for the optimization of Business processes. Arriving as a conclusion that Strategic Planning involves the optimization of time, resources and also processes, encouraging teamwork within the organization, since by improving the processes can meet the goals and objectives. Finally, it is recommended that the Commercial Company of the jump run computerized system for the optimization of presses, to know the profile of the consumer using psychology and to know which are the expectations of the buyers.
