Abstract

The lack of awareness in the application of tools such as the implementation of Cleaner Production Systems and environmental regulations, can generate a great health and environmental risk, due to this the process of raising pigs should be done by applying and complying with the necessary, mandatory regulations issued by the Ministry of the Environment, for this it is necessary to determine the feasibility of implementing cleaner production systems in the Don Pepe swine farm of Parroquia el Retiro. This research aims to analyze the feasibility of implementing cleaner production systems. The applied methodology was the descriptive and exploratory or field method, for this a graph of principles of cleaner production applied to the company was made, in addition an interview and field research was carried out where it was possible to feel directly what is happening in it and the problems that this causes to the environment and environment; It can be concluded that the companies that originate solid and liquid waste can implement this type of tools, not only to reduce or control pollution, but rather to establish alternatives for the use of those resources, converting them into a competitive business advantage.
