Manufacturing simulation saves costs, reduces risks, simplifies the modification of designs that must be corrected in order to achieve the proposed goals. In this sense, the study problem corresponds What would be the business simulation model that suits, to improve the management of the company TEXTINDUSTRIA S.A. belonging to the industrial sector of the Province of El Oro? The objective of this work is to propose a business simulation model in the company TEXTINDUSTRIA S.A. To improve management in the industrial sector in manufacturing simulation, whose activity is the design, production and marketing of women's clothing for this purpose, simulation software has been chosen. The results achieved once the simulation model is applied, a competitive advantage is obtained that allows the organization to have a place of preference before its competitors, just as it was possible to satisfy the demand of the blouse product by increasing its production once it was identified that the real time of the manufacturing process was much less than what was actually being done, thus eliminating a bottleneck that had not been detected. | |
