Abstract

This research has been prepared with the purpose of knowing the new trends and tastes of Cupcakes consumers in the city of Machala, will help as a contribution to knowledge for small entrepreneurs and microentrepreneurs who feel capable of carrying out an activity in the line of pastries . In this investigation interviews will be carried out with the main sellers of the city, once the new trends have been identified, it will help to know the potential customers of this product in order to analyze the results obtained by the interviews.
