Resumen
The present research is focused on identifying the methodological strategies to enhance the teaching-learning process in the literacy of students of first degree of Basic General Education as they present shortcomings within the same and this generates inconveniences to the teachers of the second degree.
The teacher is responsible for implementing methodological strategies as it depends on the success of the class, you must take as main shaft the active role of the student in the classroom, serving as a guide and to equip students of activities addressed to the learning of reading and writing taking into account strategies based on technology, strategies playful, individual and group strategies with the aim of improving the networks to literacy.
The phase of networks in the first grade of Basic Education is a preparation of the child in the literacy with the development of various activities aimed to contribute to the student and its evolution in these skills, and their training for second and subsequent degrees of study.
The reading comprehension, oral fluency and write without mistakes is the cause of existence of the methodological strategies in education in order to develop a strong foundation in regard to literacy and in this way ensure a significant learning environment to this ability so important that forms students of Basic Education.
