Web software is a tool that allows the dissemination of information through the accessibility of services for users, which makes these platforms popular sites in an easy insertion and transmission of content. So that the access and use of these sites are in accordance with the user's requirements, this degree of satisfaction in the operation of the system, which has been met with certain guidelines that entail a quality product. Through different models and quality metrics, the web software developer has the fundamental criteria that contribute to the usability and speed of the program, which allows to improve the quality and efficiency of the products, avoiding the development of mechanical systems that are inefficient in accordance with the automation needs required. The object of study of the present investigation is to evaluate the software of the web in general, the models and the norms to guarantee the quality of the system, the laguna found today in the platforms that have failed in the area that have been implemented due to to the vulnerability or inconsistency that they present within their structure of operation. The results achieved a tool that unifies the models and measurements of quality management and allows the evaluation of the software in accordance with ISO / IEC 25000: 2014, presenting the statistical results of the assessment, which consequently establishes the level of product quality.
