The present investigative work deals with the elaboration of a strategic planning for the company AGRISA that makes seasoning products for the improvement of the commercial performance, whose main objective is to propose a strategic planning by means of the formulations of matrices essential for the process of decision making and address the company. Strategic planning is a fundamental key to achieve goals and commercial success by generating the direction that the company must meet to generate a competitive advantage. The methodology applied is descriptive and documentary, based on facts for the generation of the main pillars that all SMEs must have that are always emerging in an empirical way without planned development which they have formed as part of the development of the province. lead to a series of beneficial causes such as job creation, diversification of markets, etc. What result is to seek to develop and establish the vision, mission, values, objectives and important and essential strategies that must be applied by the company AGRISA to have an important roll in the business spaces of the Province of El Oro, and define the essential processes of for a strategic planning that generates a business support for new companies that wish to carry out in order to reach the established objectives.
