dc.description.abstract | The general objective of this research was to guide the company Palmaplast S.A. de Machala, on the importance of having an organizational climate that strengthens the performance and commitment of its employees. In addition, a bibliographic analysis was applied with topics related to research, about the different forms, tools and orientations of organizational performance and commitment. Having training programs strengthens the professional potential of the members, therefore a schedule of the training program focused on the quality of the customer service, the improvement of the organizational climate, commitment and sense of belonging of the employees, will be feasible. as long as there is good leadership by the trainer and the motivation of the trainees. Finally, it was concluded that the trainings are taken into account as a productive investment that in training the employees benefits themselves, producing effective changes in work activities, teamwork, good communication, decision making, relationship with the customers, providing advantages and improvements to provide a quality service and maintain an excellent working environment, making the mission and objectives of the organization achievable. | |
