This research aimed to determine which planning technofactor would apply in banana production by analyzing the processes for increasing the competitiveness of ROCANANA; The study obtained the results through the application of a descriptive methodology of qualitative and quantitative character in the different phases due to the need to gather theoretical information to support the use of the tools described above, and the numerical information of the duration times of activities by using the stopwatch for measurement. The investigation was carried out in five stages beginning with the identification of the activities and their duration, the representation in the Gantt chart, the identification of the critical route (CPM), the elaboration of the proposal and the representation of a new Gantt chart. It was learned that the banana harvest in ROCANANA is a process that carries out fourteen activities, the duration time per cluster of ten activities and per box of four activities was known, through the conversion rate of 710 boxes obtained per 1000 bunches the respective conversions were made to know the delay to harvest 2430 pounds of banana in 1 pallet of 54 boxes. It has been concluded that the application of planning technofactors allowed to increase the harvest to 0.95 pounds of fruit per minute, or the reduction of 3 minutes with 25 seconds per process.
