Resumen
In this research we evaluated the sperm quality post-thawing of sperm of the cauda epididymis of bulls of slaughterhouse subject to two temperatures of storage (5°C and 20°C). 8 pairs of testicles was collected stored tightly in plastic bags with Lactate Ringer for 6 hours. The gametes were recovered by retrograde flow of the cauda epididymis sperm concentration, viability was assessed and processed by adjusting doses of 50 x 106 sperm / 0.25ml with the diluent AndroMed to 20%. It packing, cryopreserved in liquid nitrogen. At 7 days assessed quality post-thawing with a conventional method and with a computerized system (CASA) Sperm Vision Production- versión 1.01 (Minitube). The data were analyzed in the SPSS program (version 22) obtaining best results to 5°C a 84,2 ±1,54 % in recovered sperm, there are significant differences (p<0,05) according to the ADEVA. In quality post-thawing also showed better results of MIP, vitality sperm (VE) with 5°C, 33,4±2,42 and 60,3±2,61 %, respectively, with significant differences (p<0,05 ) but with the CASA system to evaluate IPM there was no differences (p<0,05 ), however, morphologic abnormalities the two groups were similar (p<0,05 ); and in the test of endosmosis of the membrane (HOST) was obtained best results with 20° C with 40,4±3,26 (p<0,05). We corroborate this statistical relationship with a multivariate analysis (MANOVA) by grouping variables and analyzing in the study groups (p>0,05). In conclusion, quality post-thawing was different in the two groups but at 20°C storage was obtained results lower sperm quality post-thawing rejecting the issues raised, except for of the evidence of HOST
