The development of the actual Business Model has as objective to contribute a strategic diagnosis analyzing diverse existent variables as: environment variables as much as micro as macro - environmental, competitive and sectoral; contributing to the improvement of proposal of value that INDALUM S.A offers to the market.
Based on an initial diagnosis by means of methodology CANVAS; tool used in administration strategic and managerial planning; it is determined the mechanisms that INDALUM S.A uses to obtain its revenues on the basis of its proposal of value relating it with activities and resources that the company possesses.
Of the same one proposals are emitted that they allow to reach right solutions to the existent problems in the company like technological advance, competitors' incursion, introduction of products substitutes; as well as effective strategies inside plan of continuous improvement implemented by INDALUM S.A.
