Resumen
Mannheimia haemolytica is a Gram-negative bacterium found in the upper respiratory tract of ruminants. In cattle with a weakened pulmonary defence, inhalation of the bacterium results in rapid colonization of the lungs and development of an economically important disease called shipping fever pneumonia. © 2020, Interamerican Society for Electron Microscopy (CIASEM).
