dc.description.abstractThe study was conducted to the administrative staff of 5 companies in the city of Cuenca with prior knowledge and acceptance of the study. The worker population was: 50 (10 men and 40 women), the average age was 38 years and the average weight was 75 kg. With regard to the level of performance of the RULA method, 64% of the personnel evaluated was 2, in the REBA method, 52% of the staff was 2; and the level of action when applying the OWAS method was 2 in 58% of the staff. With regard to the Nordic Questionnaire of Kuorinka, it was determined that 47% of the staff stated that they had symptoms in the neck and wrist, while 43% of the patients reported discomfort in the dorsal and lumbar area.
