La responsabilidad civil contractual y extracontractual

Abstract

Every society is governed by norms of behavior that citizens must fulfill, and in the case of non-compliance, they must face the damages that their acts may cause. For this reason, the Ecuadorian legislation has established responsibility for this misconduct, a responsibility that may be contractual and tort liability.

With the study of tort liability, will be analyzed of the action in tort liability as indicated in our civil code is done. The holder who performs the action, the passive subject, and the cases, in which the action and the extinction of tort proceed are established.

The cases of tort liability established in our civil code are analyzed in detail. The responsibilities for the act itself, for the alienated act, for the animals, for the things and for the pain.
