Resumen
This research aims to guide and reflect on the construction of the number and the theories that underpin the process of teaching and learning in the Update and Curriculum Strengthening basic freshman and tries to establish a relationship between the theoretical foundations of the AFC and the main theories understanding about the number of authors such as Jean Piaget, Gellman and Gallistel, Karen Fuson and Arthur Baroody.
The construction of number and understanding of basic first year is the foundation for later mathematical learning and normal academic development of students in the following years of basic education. This research shows how the concepts associated to the number present in the AFC and the text of the freshmen, are based on relevant theories of number acquisition for adequate teaching-learning process.
The research literature was in full and that such research can synthesize, understand and summarize different texts on the subject of the construction of the number.
In the study it was found that there are different theories about the construction of numbers that constitute and support the curriculum structure of basic first year, your component logical relations and numeric math block development manager construction number.
