Resumen
The saving and credit cooperatives in our country have been able to place themselves in one of the most important financial sectors at national level, the practice of a popular economy following the Organic Law of Popular and Solidarity Economy and Popular and Solidarity Financial Sector with its regulations has allowed vulnerable handle more sectors from the perspective of cooperation and development.
The basis of a good society are its rules; but those that meet the needs of its citizens and currently Organic Monetary and Financial Code is legally structured to regulate financial institutions including saving and credit cooperatives.
We cannot undermine the work of all these years by the together with other institutions of state control, has succeeded in removing all those middle cooperatives system, collect their benefits, priorities and future prospects; but above all to compare then with a private bank that has always been the hegemony of our domestic economy.
