It is a descriptive study that determines the frequency of premalignant and malignant lesions Cervical Cancer and risk factors present in the study population, which is 61 women from a rural community, aged 18 and 68 years, with a preferably 43.4 average of primary education, active sexual life, most of the housework and agriculture are engaged. They conducted a study of PAP, using sampling for the PAP-Molina1. The sample universe was chosen randomly among women in the community who met the inclusion criteria. The data were tabulated in EPIINFO 6.0 system, with the following results: all are exposed to risk factors: early onset of sexual life between 15 and 19 [55.7 percent] before age 15 [8.2 percent ], more than one sexual partner [27.9 percent]; High-risk sexual partner [11.5 percent]. The frequency of premalignant lesions [LI] Low Grade is 1.6 percent. No malignant lesions was found. This 1.6 percent had risk factors: Age between 60 and 64 years, more than one sexual partner and early onset of sexual life [15-19]
