With the passing of the years tourism has become one of the greatest activities developed by the man who generates greater incomes and greater cultural knowledge around the world; every day the trend of leisure is increasing. People of different nationalities choose different destinations attached to their tastes and preferences. One of the most desired international destinations in our country is Cuenca, a city declared World Cultural Heritage by all its cultural, humanistic, landscape, and architectural diversity which is important for the tourists. One of the most important factors when choosing a destination is the quality of services received by the people who contribute to the development of a country. For this reason, it is vital to know the profile of tourists in order to know their likes and dislikes. The initiative that people from Cuenca have created several spaces and tourist services to increase activities to developed their own economic increase. Therefore, a panoramic city tour on the double-decker bus of the company VanService international will be analyzed to look up for weaknesses and strengths of the company. Consequntly, is essential to analyze the profile of tourists who choose the panoramic city tour as one of their activities to visit Cuenca, and can thus meet their needs and recognize their motivations in this way increased the quality of the service. The above analysis was carried out through the use of quantitative research techniques using the technique of surveys based on a sample of users from the panoramic city tour.
