Resumen
Sustainable architecture is the efficient design of a building to use fewer resources, cause less environmental impact, is necessary to correct use of passive systems, active systems and clean energy that exist in each place where it is implemented. The use of new technologies help to improve systems to get to the base of this architecture: creating comfort for users with the use of fewer resources.
Existing deterrents views for the design and construction of sustainable architecture, passive systems that are directly involved in the architectural design of shape and space created, mainly use the Sun to produce energy and heating for environments, also active systems that go hand with new technologies to take advantage of clean energy at our disposal. This architecture helps to learn the handling of the criteria and be at the vanguard of architecture with the latest trends, all new projects of importance in the word use this architecture.
The draft blueprint shows different approaches and systems that are used for Cuenca, almost nonexistent in the country by making its implementation difficult because no adequate information, it is necessary to know the climate of the city and the site where it is implemented is applied from the beginning of the architectural design for optimal results of the proposal.
The analysis of blueprints measures the efficiency and comfort of the proposal, there are computer programs that help get a better analysis of the energy efficiency that departed from the design.
