Abstract

The advance of Internet today has made the traditional media and journalists are updated in utilizing these new technological tools to inform the public in a newway. The Information Technology and Communication help the journalist and communicator to otherwise exercise their profession. Proper use of these technological tools can achieve excellent results in professional life, so that every journalist should have the initiative to form or autoformarse in handling new technologies. Give the correct use of these tools provide in building a better society. This research focuses on analyzing how new information technologies and communication, especially in blogs are a new medium to inform, and how some journalists and communicators from Cuenca use blogs in the field of digital communication.
