A topic that has been studied and applied by several industriesduring the lastyears, it is called Kaizen, which focuses on the vision that the mankind try to be better day by day therefore we make an effort to achieve it. This strength is reflected in the organization because is needed to overcome the current state to get it to an upper level to the best competitive advantages that the current market demands to guarantee the staying in the market, which is the goal of every company.
Nowadays, Kaizen is involved with the high quality of the products whose main goal is to fulfill the expectation of the clients given a product in the moment that is required and the form the client expect it , in a world dominated by the globalization the best costumer choose by selection, putting under obligation the organization to try with the innovation which allows to reduced cost, standardize the process and to obtain the compromise of the workers to find opportunity to make the product better, acknowledging them not only as workers but also as part of the process.
