dc.description.abstractThis research study aims to determine the legal reasons for which a certificate of settlement may be invalidated and set situations or individuals that have not been resolved between employer and employee, by signing the document referred to the Inspector Job; situations that can be discussed and eliminate with in the courts; all this, based on the rules of our current law, doctrine and jurisprudence, which will allow us to justify the claims made precisely in order to guarantee the rights of both the employee and the employer. Analyze the current regulations of the Labour Code, regarding the minutes of settlement and the Civil Code, in relation to the transaction contract, as their assimilation into this legal act, it allows us to glimpse the possible situations in which proceed the settlement document impugnation,considering it as such, a situation we refer you to examine this last legislative body, where we find the provisions governing this contract and the reasons for his disability
