This work has as a final goal, to contribute for a high quality education with equity conditions for every student and also states an approach to deal with school´s diversity; this is achieved applying strategies which promote the student´s educational inclusion. To accomplish this proposal several concepts has been taken in consideration, terms as diversity, inclusion, educational inclusion. All these, among others would help to understand the real importance of human beings diversity and also to enforce people´s equal rights, respecting diversity. To accomplish this, a strategy proposal would be developed where we are going to take in consideration several variables which influence in educational space and the learning process.
