Resumen
The objective of this work was to carry out an investigation of the levels of creativity in children between 7 and 8 years old and who have a low neuropsychological development index. For this end; firstly, the Neuropsychological Maturity Questionnaire (CUMANES) was applied to 110 subjects, with which we obtained the neuropsychological development index in the areas of language, executive function and memory. Next, we selected the 45 children who obtained a neuropsychological development index below the average in the CUMANES test; This group was given the test for creative intelligence (CREA), with which we obtained the creativity levels of this sample. The study showed that children with a "Low" neuropsychological development obtained a "High" score in creative intelligence, indicating that there is a very low relation between creative intelligence and neuropsychological development, we can say then that according to the results we have obtained in this study, the neuropsychological part is important, but not essential for creativity
