Resumen
Introduction. The tracheal intubación usually facilitates by means of the administration of a muscular relajante as complement to the fármacos administered for the induction of the general anesthesia. Although the windpipe can intubarse in a reliable way without blockade neuromuscular in the patients that have received alfentanilo followed by propofol, the relatively big doses of alfentanilo recommended to facilitate the tracheal intubación without muscular relajantes he/she has a clinical duration of probably inadequate action for many procedures
Although the remifentanilo has characteristic of similar beginning to the alfentanilo, he/she has a duration of shorter action. Consequently, the remifentanilo can be more useful for the tracheal intubación mainly in the subjected patients to ambulatory surgery.
Objective. To give anesthesia general for surgeries by means of the use of macro remifentanil dose avoiding the use of muscular relajantes.
Methodology. I study descriptive. You selects patients I it ROASTS for general surgery the same ones that didn't need muscular relaxation, after canulación of via outlying and conventional monitorización, you came at one time to go the remifentanil to dose of 4mcg by kilo of weight from a minute and half, after that which you applies the dose corresponding of sodium Thiopental calculated at 4mg by kilo one waits a minute and half while you ventilates to positive, and passed pressure these three minutes, one waits two but and you proceeded to the intubación.
Results: The use of muscular relajantes for the intubación endotraqueal, like a condition sine qua non, it could be revised and maybe reconceptualizado since other alternatives as the use of the opioides in special dosages lend equals conditions and they assure an appropriate handling of the air road.
