Resumen
The problem of the humanity can be summarized in the search of the meaning of life. The above mentioned search is not stopped in the time and place, that does not exclude individual or collective, but rather that is generalized in the history. In this sense, the human efforts to find and build the meaning of life give place of: religions, of philosophies, political movements, social movements, and many others. So, the Greco-Roman epoch, the Christianity and St. Augustine have constituted a sample of analysis and comparison in an investigation, where we find the elements like: the Virtue, the happiness, living consent to the nature, living in conformity with the reason, the pleasure and the knowledge, respectively according to the Greco-Roman visions; Jesus Christ according to the Christian vision; and finally Augustinian one which based this vision in God; as answers or / and options to find or construct the meaning of the life, either individually or collectively.
