dc.description.abstractStudy of 120 patients who died at the Vicente Corral Moscoso Hospital, in the period 1996 to 2001, the following was found: 1) balanced distribution by age group, prevalence among 50-59 years; 2) predominance of males over females, 3) high degree of overlap between the clinical and diagnostic antaomopatológicos; 4) include cirrhosis and pneumonia diagnoses found within; 5) The percentage of diagnostic successes is high in both sexes; 6) respiratory diseases, pathology is the highest rate of errors. With this, it is shown that there is a small error rate, in terms of clinical and pathological diagnosis
