dc.description.abstractIn thefollowingpaperwork, an intense research has beendevelopedabout human talentmanagement in the Professional Drivers Syndicate of Azuay. Taking note forthispaperworkcompletedtypes of contracts, labor and social obligationscompliancesuch as, and specially, labor disengagement, giventhatthissituationsaffect in a directwaytheeconomicmanagement of the Professional Drivers Syndicate of Azuay. Because of this, an appropriate study has been completed for the management of the Professional Drivers Syndicate o Azuay belonging personal, establishing a relation with laws fulfillment; which has allowed us to recognize the number of existing shortcomings, to present its respective observations, conclusions and recommendations which will contribute the company resources optimization and surely in the correct human talent management strictly respecting the Law and the labor Human Rights.
