Resumen
Introduction: The anatomy of the lower central incisor presents a challenge when an endodontic treatment is performed, the knowledge of its anatomy is essential to avoid failure in it.
Materials and Methods: 60 lower central incisors obtained in the Pucará town were examined, those which fulfilled the inclusive and exclusive criteria of the present study. They were submitted throw a process of diaphanization and through the placement of Chinese ink we could observe its intern anatomy.
Results: The 60 teeth obtained were examined according to the Vertucci classification, a 76.7% had a type I configuration, a 21.7% type III configuration and 1.7% with a type V configuration
