Análisis de los efectos causados por las capacitaciones de comunicación, realizado por la SUPERCOM y CORDICOM en los comunicadores sociales zonal 6, año 2014

Abstract

This research aims to know the effects that caused the trainings of the Superintendency of information and communication (SUPERCOM) Zonal 6, the year 2014 in social communicators, through which we hope to know the changes that have occurred in the communicators from the spread of the organic law of communication. This inquiry I structure in the following way: first seen the theoretical foundation, which has been an important part to be able to support our theme, such as: concepts, history, definitions, articles, regulatory laws, among others.

In addition we carry out data collection on theSuperintendency of information and communication (SUPERCOM) and subsequently worked with 61 media, which was our universe of analysis.

Polls also applied to social communicators from the different media, where we value the different views provided by respondents. The results of the skills that made the SUPERCOM, reflects positive effects, with good rating according to respondents social media communicators. Finally you could meet was the most widely used theme in the training, different articles of law of communication and the actions of bodies of regulation and control the Superintendency of Information and Communication (SUPERCOM) and the Council of regulation and development of Information and Communication (CORDICOM).
