The topic of the dissertation is: Coaching as methodological strategy to teach elements of the language to the students of the tenth of Basic General Education (E.B.G.). In the first chapter is displayed the concept of motivation, the importance of motivation in education, the motivation in the classroom, classroom climate, the discipline in the classroom; the origin and concept of coaching, concept of educational coaching and coaching as methodological strategy for motivation within the classroomIn the second chapter is displayed the didactic proposal of coaching and its approach as motivation with their respective objectives and elements of the language that is given in eighth, ninth and tenth of Basic Education generates (E.B.G)with their respective activities that would help to improve the class, accompanied by exercises, to verify that the students have understood the lessons taught by the teacher. It also displayed two scheduled learning tasks.
