A critical point in the area of oral rehabilitation, is the choice of a type of occlusal scheme for rehabilitated patient treatment, although for some authors recommend that side of occlusion depend on the patient´s ability to chew, preservation of alveolar bone, periodontal ligament and the long-term success of fixed prosthesis treataments, other authors focused on research on clinical complications in fixed prosthodontics have not found conclusive occlusion directly linking causal factor of these complications. Therefore in view of these results in a difficult spot while confusing to understand, in this analysis is to reach a consensus in finding occlusal schemes for prosthetic treatments required for each patient through an evidence-based research reliable.
