Resumen
The theory of XXI century socialism inspires the actions of the progressive governments in Latin America. But beyond the rhetoric that ensures the beginning of structural transformations in our societies, what we are dealing with in this work is to distinguish if it is a doctrine that allows the emancipatory transformation of capitalism into the communist society.
The research is collation of bibliographic resources, which allows through the dialectical-historic method set the start and evolution of scientific socialism and socialism of XXI century. The theoretical sources differentiated belong to the founders of communism (Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin) and the neo-socialist (Harnecker, Dieterich, Boron, Prada; etc.). The result allowed finding the contradictions between socialism post-neoliberal and scientific socialism, as well as the congruities with socialism pre-Marxist and the Soviet revisionism that are not spontaneous.
Therefore, the socialism of the twenty-first century is a reissue of revisionist and reformist conceptions, blatantly anti-Marxist positions, which do not change the essence of the capitalist mode of production ; this means private ownership of the means of production, the disposition of the human being at work, the concentration of the social wealth, the social relations of production operators, the modernization politics of the capital, the reforms pro-systemic, populist, and fascist until with expressions.
