LNS Libraries is in a market of constant change that has been evolving in recent years and in which consumers are becoming increasingly demanding and seek for better alternatives. The full satisfaction of its customers is one of the main goals of this company so a project has been developed which analyzes the market and proposes new alternatives to improve the organization´s performance.
This Project evaluates different aspects of LNS Libraries such as logistics, distribution channels and point of purchase management with a commercial vision. Based on this evaluation, a diagnosis of the current situation of the company according to the aforementioned factors is made, taking into account the market and the theory, to subsequently structure policies and strategies adapted to the reality of the market, the consumer's demands and the organizational capacity, that allow the company to evolve and better satisfy its customers.
