This paper addresses the issue of migration, also known today as human mobility, this has happened to human beings throughout the history of mankind, to developed countries, taking up residence in a new place, either temporarily or permanently, generating different causes and positive or negative effects within households and families, especially to people who have passed through migration, as mentioned the effects generated by these problems children and adolescents are cared his grandparents, uncles or other extradited parents, suffering emotional changes.
In Ecuador, the migration process promotes a serious phenomenon, over the years a large number of people who left their country to settle elsewhere, in order to seek better living conditions increased, although it is true currently Ecuador's migration policy is being promoted in the current government, for compliance with relevant policies and programs on migration issues in order to respect the rights and obligations that are written in the Constitution of Ecuador likewise are located international instruments acquired by migrants abroad.
The intervention of the worker / a Social with immigrants is important in this issue, because it directs people to improve their development as human beings, improving their quality of life in society, also different processes of intervention is implemented, fulfilling a role generator of change for individuals to develop their own skills, abilities and therefore well aware about the plans and projects that have the Ecuadorian State, which are aimed at support at different stages of the migration process so these are the reach migrants and their families.
