The objective of this work is to identify the entrepreneurial intention in postgraduate

to know the influence of the variables: post-graduate programs, gender, family,
motivation and obstacles in their intention of undertake. A quantitative approach was
approached, with exploratory level scope, the sample was 314 postgraduates from
different post-graduate programs offered by this university. The bivariate analysis

showed that the sample of postgraduates from the different post-graduate programs

low feasibility to undertake. Gender doesn’t influence the intention of
entrepreneurship, master students with family entrepreneurs have a greater
propensity to entrepreneurship, furthermore present motivations and obstacles in
their attitude for starting a new business. The findings suggest including
