Three categories were analyzed, category response to the emergency: the doctors interviewed were trained in disasters and emergencies, they went voluntarily, the medical students acted appropriately, the civilian staff was disorganized. In the logistics category, there were the necessary supplies, inadequate disposal of ambulances, distribution of corpses and classification of waste. Category lessons and results: the Organization of the Contingency Plan was rated as bad, the General Balance was negative, the doctors acted according to their professional experiences and many needed psychological help
