Bullying is a phenomenon of unjustified interpersonal violence exercised against a person or group having peers and victimization effects on the recipient; it is basically an abuse of power among equals. This phenomenon had led us to the present research-both bibliographic and related topics with this problem at the level of definition, field-leading players develop: victim, perpetrator and bystander; consequences, types, events, places and times where it is generated. Based on this conceptual framework we developed and executed a plan aimed at training teachers in the development of children's social, emotional, attitudinal and behavioral skills that would assist in the prevention of bullying. Once the training plan applied it will be validated by an initial and final diagnostic evaluation.
